A project management professional with 30 years' experience in team and project management, Patrick remains strategically engaged in (1) architecture, (2) general contracting, (3) construction and facilities management, (4) corporate real estate, and (5) consulting. Patrick's extensive knowledge and hands-on experience applies in all phases of project-based initiatives, including project initiation, planning, execution, control, and project closure.

Process-driven and customer-focused, Patrick helps T2pm "peer around corners," providing risk management and mitigation insight that only practical knowledge provides. He has written Project Management Plans, Design Guidelines, Process and Vendor Selection Guidelines, and looks forward to the opportunity to process map at every level of detail. He is a dedicated planner and a committed process guru who enjoys nothing better than project work and believes project success is based on effective communication.
